Welcome to 360REV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 360REV platform, including all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
360REV is operated by 360REV, located at 15511 St Hwy 71 West Ste 110-383, Bee Cave, TX 78738. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to 360REV.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each account is for a single user unless otherwise specified under an organizational subscription. Sharing credentials between individuals is prohibited.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service and all associated content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of 360REV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant 360REV a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow retrieval, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360REV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
