How to Delete Your Data

If you signed up for 360REV using your Facebook account, you can request deletion of your data at any time. When you request data deletion, we will remove all personal information associated with your account from our systems.

Request Deletion

To delete your 360REV account and all associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your 360REV account at app.360rev.com
  2. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Click "Delete My Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can email us at privacy@360rev.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we remove:

  1. Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
  2. Your Facebook login association
  3. All CRM data you created (contacts, leads, deals, tasks, notes)
  4. Your AI chat history and token usage records
  5. Your settings and preferences

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed from our systems.

Facebook Data

To remove 360REV's access to your Facebook data, you can also revoke our app's permissions directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find 360REV and click Remove
